ADFuture family physician. Writing about faith, medicine, and becoming — and building care that meets people where they are.
I'm an MD/MBA candidate at UCLA on my way into family medicine, building toward a community-based primary care practice rooted in the place that raised me — Long Beach and South LA.
Most of what I make starts with one question: how do we make care feel reachable for the people who need it most? That thread runs through my writing, my faith, and the tools I'm building.
Finding a therapist is brutal — especially when you're already depleted. You search, and the first thing that shows up is an ad, not someone you trust. I'm building a simple, faith-aware guide that takes you from "I've been thinking about it" to a booked first appointment, and points you to someone who'll actually get you — not just anyone with an opening.
Right now I'm learning from real people. If you've ever thought about therapy, two anonymous minutes would shape what I build.
The guide itself is in progress.
